Our Team

Katarina Yngente (Co-Founder)

Katarina has over 15 years of experience working with neurodiverse populations across the life span. She has worked in hospitals, schools, and private practices serving babies and children with developmental disorders, adolescents and adults with acquired brain injuries, as well as geriatrics with various neurological disorders. Katarina supports each client as they identify their strengths and achieve their goals at every phase of life.

She received a M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from New York Medical College and a B.S. in Cognitive Science from University of California, Santa Cruz. In her free time, she enjoys playing games, exploring new food, and swimming. She lives in the Bay Area with her spouse and two kiddos.

Anna Polumiskova (Co-Founder)

Anna Polumiskova is an ADHD-Certified clinical services provider (ADHD-CCSP) with over 10 years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals of all ages in a variety of settings. Anna believes that neurodivergence is a gift and utilizes a strength-based approach to help her clients make the most of their innate talents and strengths. Anna helps clients cultivate self-awareness, so they can begin to understand the obstacles that have been getting in their way, thereby uncovering key strategies and personal resources that can move them forward in the future.  Anna strives to be authentic and relatable to her clients and is passionate about providing a safe and non-judgmental place for her clients to grow. 

She received her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Antioch University, Seattle and B.A. in Psychology from University of California Santa Cruz. In her free time she enjoys crafting, reading biographies, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
