FAQs

  • Therapy and coaching serve distinct purposes: therapy aims to address and heal emotional and psychological issues by exploring past experiences and current mental health challenges, often leading to improved emotional well-being. Coaching, on the other hand, focuses on setting and achieving personal or professional goals, emphasizing future-oriented strategies and practical steps for improvement. Coaches provide guidance, accountability, and support for personal development and are not typically licensed to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
