Led by experienced coaches, 0ur 60-minute virtual group sessions offer a supportive environment, where group participant share experiences, set goals, and hold each other accountable for progress. Members of the group support each other in implementing strategies to manage symptoms, improve time management and organization, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Educational Group
This psychoeducational group is designed to provide individuals with a deeper understanding of executive function skills and practical strategies to enhance daily functioning and achieve personal goals. Led by experienced coaches, each session offers a dynamic blend of education, discussion, and skill-building activities. Participants will learn about key executive function skills such as organization, time management, planning, problem-solving, and self-regulation, and explore evidence-based strategies to strengthen these skills in their own lives.

Body Double Sessions
Body doubling is an effective approach to boosting productivity and maintaining focus for individuals with ADHD and executive function challenges. A body double is a supportive presence that helps you stay on task and accomplish your goals by providing a sense of accountability and shared focus. Best of all, these sessions are provided free of charge to our valued clients.
In our 60-minute Body Double Sessions, you will sign on to work alongside others who share similar challenges. By working simultaneously with peers, you'll benefit from the collective energy and mutual accountability that a group setting provides. This structured time allows you to focus on your tasks with the added motivation and support of knowing that others are working towards their goals as well.
